3 Days Uganda wildlife safari

This 3 days Uganda wildlife safari takes you to Queen Elizabeth national park famously known for its tree climbing lions. The safari offers the best chance to explore Queen Elizabeth Park, with fantastic game drive in search of tree climbing lions, school of hippos, herds of Elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, Antelopes, zebras, spotted hyenas, rarely spotted leopards and water-buck to list the few. You will do boat cruise on kazinga channel and Chimpanzee trek in Kyambura gorge.


Day 1: Transfer to queen Elizabeth national park

Pick up from the hotel by our company guide/driver for transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park. The journey takes 6-7 hours driver with stopovers at tourist’s attraction like the Uganda Equator for photography and Igongo Cultural Centre to purchase some hand crafts and you will have lunch from the Igongo cultural Centre where you will get a chance of testing our local dishes.  Proceed with the journey to Queen Elizabeth national park passing through the beautiful landscapes, rolling hills and you will spot long horned Anokle Cattle grazing. Upon reaching at the park, have an en-route game drive as you are heading to the lodge, check-in and rest for some minutes. After resting drive to Lake Katwe where salt mining is done and visit to crater lakes.  Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Game viewing and Boat cruise on Kazinga channel

Start a day with morning breakfast and after head for morning game drive at Mweya peninsular where there is high concentration of wildlife. Mweya Peninsular is positioned in good location, where Lake George is been separated from Lake Edward by Kazinga channel and wildlife like near water bodies. During the game drive you will have an opportunity to spot animals like jackals, Bush bucks, forest hogs, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, lions, Kobs, bush pigs and lions to mention the few.

Return to the lodge for lunch and after lunch; go for a fantastic boat cruise at the Kazinga channel. You will spot a plenty of bird species and water animals like Nile crocodiles, buffaloes, hippos, Elephants, warthogs and water-buck to list the few. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

 Day 3: Wild Chimpanzee tracking and departure

Take African cup of coffee and head for chimpanzee trekking at Kyambura gorge. Not only will you spot chimpanzee but will be rewarded with view of other primates like Baboons, monkeys and many more. You will encounter different bird species and different types of trees on which forest elephants feed.

Return to the lodge for lunch and departure to Kampala driving through Maramagambo forest to watch out different animals. You will arrive to Kampala in the evening and you will be dropped to the hotel or Entebbe international airport to catch with your flight back home.

This safari package includes; Transportation by safari van, Game drives, Boat ride, Bird watching, Visit Lake Katwe, Nature walks, Accommodation and meals as per itinerary, Driver allowances, Park entrance, chimpanzee permits, English speaking guide, meals full board and mineral water.
